Niles Graber Miller
Niles grew up in Goshen, Indiana, and several developing countries. His experience living abroad inspires him to find creative ways to explore the world through business. Before launching Menno Tea with Hans, Niles ran a mobile advertising business converting vintage vehicles to electric cars and selling ad space on their surfaces. Niles will graduate with a Business degree from Goshen College in May 2014.
Hans Weaver
Hans grew up in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. In May of 2013, Hans graduated from Goshen College with a degree in Business and a minor in Global Economics. In 2011, Niles and Hans co-founded a bottled tea company called Menno Tea. Hans has an interest in both community development and local politics. Hans currently resides in Lancaster, PA.
Emma Ruth
Emma grew up in Harleysville, Pennsylvania. She is studying Sociology with a minor in Global Economics. Emma has taken special interest in intentional communities and community organization and has spent time studying, living with, and working on a Hutterite colony in South Dakota. Emma will graduate from Goshen College in May 2014.
Norm Kauffmann
Norm is a 1962 graduate of Illinois State University and has received his M.A. from Bradley University and an Ed.D from Indiana University. In addition to a number of professional positions, Norm served as the Dean of Students at Goshen College in Goshen, IN and as Town Manager in Shipshewana, IN. Norm currently resides in Goshen, IN.
